An Okay Stay with Some Issues
late cleaning missing nightstand
The location was acceptable.
The room cleaning occurred very late one afternoon. I found this inconvenient. Breakfast service also started late one morning. The employee arrived at 7 AM even though it was supposed to begin at 7 AM. The bed had awful plasticized fabric rolls around it, and one side lacked a nightstand.

friendly staff super clean room comfortable bed
The staff were helpful and friendly at all times. They were professional and ensured my comfort . The room was super clean, and I appreciated the cleanliness. The bed was comfortable. I slept well each night.
The breakfast was a little repetitive after a few days.

The breakfast offered ample food. i appreciated the easy access to public transport and a nearby grocery store. friendly hotel staff had big smiles. they welcomed me whenever i encountered them.
I found a sock in my room. It remained there the whole week. the room was not really cleaned.

The room was spacious and bright. I appreciated the soundproofing, I did not hear any noise from neighbors or the elevator (quite a relief!). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location offered good access to public transport, with the metro just a short walk away.
The breakfast was a bit basic, although the quality of the food was good.

excessive wait times street noise
The room service was a bit disappointing. I found the wait times excessive, and the menu seemed limited. the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear quite a bit of noise from the street and other rooms. That was annoying.
